If you experience any issues while riding a route, please express your concern here. Rider satisfaction is our agenda.
When stop locations are inadequate, buses don’t arrive on time and connections aren’t made, everyone suffers. The system loses riders and revenue. However, we can act together to shape a better system. Your input will be presented to our East Cooper CARTA Board of Representatives on a regular basis, electronically or in person during the public comment period at their board meetings. Watch our calendar and consider joining us on our next ride to one of their meetings.
